Crave didn't start with a business plan or a big investment. It started with a love of food, a whole lot of drive, and a decision to bet on ourselves.

At 18 years old, fresh out of high school, the owner and his partner took everything they had and turned it into something real — a food trailer built from scratch right here in Machias, Maine.

The menu is anything but ordinary. From the Blueberry Jalapeño Chicken to slow-smoked brisket and loaded mac & cheese bowls, every item is crafted to deliver flavor combos you won't find anywhere else Down East.

This is bold food made by bold people. We're proud to serve our community and we're just getting warmed up.
